Accommodation: This is a large period house on three floors with three
double bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a patio garden
No of Bedrooms: Three. All are double. The master bedroom is on the
first floor and has a six foot bed. Bedroom two is on the top floor and
has a five foot six bed and the third bedroom is on the first floor and
has a standard double bed. All these bedrooms have built in cupboards .

of Bathrooms: Two.The bathroom on the top floor has a tub, loo, wash
hand basin and a big walk in shower with an overhead rose and also a
hand held shower head. Bathroom two, on the first floor has a tub, loo,
wash hand basin and a power shower over the tub.
Reception Rooms: Two. The drawing room extends over the ground floor.
There is lots of space, sofas, a fireplace with a working gas log fire,
and a large TV with VCR and DVD player. There is also a Hi Fi unit.
This room leads into the conservatory style dining room with a large
table and 8 chairs. This room has doors that lead into the pretty patio
garden. There is also a small study on the first half landing with
Broadband internet connection.
Kitchen: The kitchen is adjacent to the dining room and has all modern
appliances including dishwasher, fridge freezer, combi microwave oven, a
separate electric oven, gas hob and washing machine. All the units are
very swift and have granite tops.
Area: Fulham is one of London's 'villages' Mimosa street is very
attractive and there are lots of lovely shops, restaurants and boutiques
nearby. Apart from the tube, there are plenty of buses running to all
parts of London. This is an excellent , peaceful haven in this noisy,
busy city.
