General
This is a spacious, bright and elegant three bedroom, two-bathroom apartment on the first floor of a quiet Victorian mansion block overlooking Battersea Park. A non smoking property.

Kitchen
The kitchen is large and fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, gas hob, oven, microwave, washer/ dryer and a dishwasher.

Receptions
Spacious, elegant and sunny reception room. This is a charming traditional English room with a bay window and access to the balcony with views over the park. There is a working gas fire place and the most comfortable antique furniture including the three armchairs, a two seater sofa and a good number of occasional coffee tables. Broadband Internet connection, DVD, Hi - Fi and a flat screen television are all provided for use.

Bathrooms
The main bathroom has a bathtub, wash-hand basin, loo and a hand held shower. The second bathroom has a shower cubicle, loo and a wash hand basin.

Bedrooms
The bright, good size and airy master bedroom has a king-sized bed and good storage. The second bedroom has a set of twin beds and the third bedroom has a single bed.

Local features of interests
This is the best part of Battersea on the south bank of the River Thames neighbouring Chelsea. Battersea Park along the River is one of the most attractive of all London green spaces. Well maintained and full of events it offers a variety of sports activities for all ages: jogging, tennis, football, bowling, fishing and cycling for children. This is were the well known London zoo for children is situated. Numerous events take stage in the park such as the Antique and Textile fair, the Affordable art Fair or the Designer Wedding show. One of the most spectacular traditional November fireworks takes place in this park. The area is very quiet and residential with good shops and restaurants and excellent bus and rail travel connections either to Chelsea or to the City of London.
