Accommodation: This is a lovely and quiet two bedroom, one bathroom
flat, on the first floor of a residential apartment block which also has
a lift.
No of Bedrooms: Two. The master bedroom is exceptionally quiet, with a
king size bed and lots of cupboard space .Bedroom two has a set of twin
beds with equally adequate storage as bedroom one. Both rooms have good
reading lights and are thoughtfully decorated with discrete use of
traditional fabrics . The blue check and flower chintz are reserved for
bed boards and curtains only. The rooms have beige carpets and are
painted all white, so the overall look is crisp, light and almost
modern.

of Bathrooms: One.This is a very large and bright bathroom with a good
size tub, loo and a wash hand basin. The bath has both: a hand held
shower and a wall attached shower with a glass panel to one side.
Reception Rooms: The good size reception room overlooks the Duke of
York's Headquarters. It has a dining table and four elegant chairs, a
large sofa and some occasional side tables. There is a DVD player and a
flat screen LCD television. This is also a very bright and relaxing room
with cream carpets, white walls and just a few decorative details.
Kitchen: The small but well organised kitchen has an electric cooker,
fridge freezer, microwave and a washer/ dryer.
Area: This apartment is just a short walk away from the Royal Hospital
parks and grounds where the world famous Chelsea Flower Show takes place
every year at the end of May. The apartment block is surrounded by green
lawns and public spaces and thus is one if the most desirable residences
in Chelsea. The Sloane Square underground station is near by and as are
all the attractive shops and restaurants along the Kings Road and Sloane
Street.
