   Accommodation:  This is a large double-fronted 1940's house with a family orientated interior.  The house is wide and the rooms are large and spacious. It extends over five floors and has an interesting central staircase. There are two terraces, one on the roof and the other leads from the children's playroom/TV room on the ground floor.  Both terraces are decked.

   No of Bedrooms: Seven bedrooms.   Five bedrooms are double and there are two single bedrooms.  The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and dressing room. There is a formal guest suite also with an en suite bathroom. This house could sleep 10 persons.

 No of Bathrooms:  There are five bathrooms and two cloakrooms. The bathrooms have tubs, wash hand basins, loos and showers.
 Reception Rooms: Three. On the ground floor there is a drawing room to the front of the house.  To the rear is an informal children's playroom cum TV room with  a selection of  sky channels.  There are french doors leading to an outside patio from this room. The dining room is adjacent to the kitchen on the lower ground floor.  This has a large table and eight chairs.

   Kitchen: he kitchen is on the lower ground floor. It is large and has all modern appliances including two ovens, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and an 'island' in the middle of the room.  All the tops are in granite. There is a separate laundry room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

  Area: The area is one of the best in London. It is a short walk to Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens. Locally there are many first class restaurants and great food shopping.  Nearby Queensway is very cosmopolitan and there is a fantastic shopping complex in Whiteleys which also houses a multi screen cinema.  Marble Arch and Oxford Street are within walking distance.
